Welding of steel bars is an important method for welding steel mesh sheets, but there are also several welding methods. Let's take a look at these methods together.
1. Reinforcement welding is the use of welding equipment to extend or cross connect reinforcement bars along the axial direction. The welding quality of steel bars is related to their weldability and welding process.
2. Flash butt welding: Use a butt welding machine to make two sections of welded steel bars come into contact. Through a low voltage and strong current, the steel bars are heated to a certain temperature and softened. After that, they are subjected to axial pressure forging to form a butt welding joint, and the steel bars are extended along the axial direction. According to the welding process, flash welding can be divided into continuous flash welding and flash preheating flash welding, with the latter used for welding large-diameter steel bars. All prestressed steel bars are welded using this method.

3. Welding verification scale: The positioning welding during assembly should be a part of the future welding seam, and welding should be carried out according to the technical specifications and drawings. The positioning welding and formal welding should use the same brand of welding rod, with a diameter specification of one level smaller. The size and number of positioning welding seams can be appropriately increased in the main parts, but the height of the welding seam should not exceed the height of the formal welding seam.
